Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for a seasoned recruiter based in the Roseville/Folsom area who has a strong background in technical staffing. As a Technical Recruiter at Twenty80, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top IT professionals in roles that align with our clients’ strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage top-tier technical talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Offer Management: Facilitate the negotiation and closing process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to better serve our clients and candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Location: Must be based in the Roseville/Folsom area for occasional in-person meetings and networking events.

Salary Range:

$75,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
